Wholesomely Raw with Liz Oehmen
My name is Liz and I have been making raw food for 4 years now. I have
always loved being in the kitchen making tasty food, especially desserts. My
mom would try to be kind but my cooking wasn't her favorite. Until I became
raw, then I was like a whole new home chef. I was able to change recipes to
make them better, plus even sceptics love my raw desserts. I would take
